This dataset contains statistics on the main offense classifications known as Part I crimes by type and month from 2008-present. The seven Part I offense classifications include the violent crimes of homicide, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault, and the property crimes of burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft. The FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program is a nationwide, cooperative statistical effort of nearly 18,000 city, university and college, county, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies voluntarily reporting data on crimes brought to their attention.
This dataset contains information pertaining to the assessed value of properties within the City of Buffalo. Accurate property inventory/information is vital to an equitable assessment and the City of Buffalo is committed to providing fair and equitable assessments in each annual Assessment Roll so that property owners pay only their fair share of property taxes.
Traffic count data are provided as a public service by GBNRTC’s and member agencies.Traffic volumes are collected by manual and mechanical means and are hosted at anindependent site. They represent typical volumes likely to be found at a location. Countsare reviewed for accuracy but are subject to inaccuracies inherent in the collectionmethod and variability of traffic flows. Traffic data collected prior to and including 2012were uploaded in bulk, and may be subject to data transfer and processing errors.
